I order a lot of lock and lock and I love their items. Recently, my husband dropped our 2XL Cereal Keeper and the lid broke and the silicone seal came out.

I sent an email via the lock and lock website, but the response came back

from this email "락앤락<no-reply@locknlock.com>"

It's been a week now and I have received nothing and cannot find a phone number for their customer service.

Anyone have a phone number or know how to contact them?

@hockeylvr Let us know what they say. I have the same issue. I dropped a piece and one of the locks broke off. My fault, I know. I would pay to replace the lid if I could get one. I just found the use & care instructions that came with one of my orders and that's the number listed. No idea what the date was though. It was one of my later purchases though since it has oven instructions and I only buy the glass L&L now.

I have succesfully requested and received three or four lid replacements over the years, but I haven't contacted LocknLock since 2019. Good luck!

I have had lid replacements sent when tabs have broken off, but in each case, they made me provide my QVC invoice number.

I always used the toll free number (PST)...never an email.

Once I found a crack, but did not drop it. They refused to do anything for me.
