      <title>Trying to reach Customer Service.  I have no PIN number, don't know what they are talking about</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;But 2 weeks ago I called to say that I had made a purchase that I wanted to return.&amp;nbsp; I had ordered a petit and the petit was much shorter because of the way it empire waist that gathers up on me and it becomes a mini skirt.&amp;nbsp; My tailor told me to order a larger size and a regular length and she could fix it.&amp;nbsp; So I called and asked to send me a label and the information (which I gave them the order number and product number).&amp;nbsp; I was told I would get it in about 4 days.&amp;nbsp; That has been about 14 days and I have not received it.&amp;nbsp; I can't seem to talk to a human being and before long, my 30 days will have expired because I did not try it on for a week, thinking since that always&amp;nbsp; fit, it should.&amp;nbsp; NO, NO TWO ARE THE SAME IN FIT from the same vendor.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I am stuck with buying a garment I can't wear and I am not sure anyone I know could wear it.&amp;nbsp; When will I ever learn!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I called three different times in the last couple days and had no problems. &amp;nbsp;I got right through in about 2 minutes. &amp;nbsp;It's the easiest process ever. Also other options are offered. &amp;nbsp;Or just make the exchange online through your order status. &amp;nbsp;Easy peasey&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;I have never used a "PIN" number when either placing an order (and I order a LOT each month), making a return or simply calling customer service.&amp;nbsp; I can always get in touch with CS with no problem.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Plus the Q is offering returns up to the end of January right now and if you ordered your item three weeks ago it should be covered.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Call CS again and explain your situation and ask for them to mail you a return label&amp;nbsp;if you don't have a printer. Ask for them to make a note on your order about not being able to return the item within the 30 days and ask for the holiday return policy for your item.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35346"&gt;@shoesnbags&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, I actually told the person with whom I spoke that I had gotten a new internet service and they had messed up my wifi connection to my printer when they installed it and my son who is an IT person tried to fix it but could not understand what to do.&amp;nbsp; He tried and tried and the default kept going to a neighbor's WIFI, who has internet with the same company.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done that many times with JCrew, LL Bean and QVC but right now I am awaiting the company to get to me with repairs of what in the world is my printer wifi doing connecting with the neighbors and the name of their printer, not mine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
