Free Shipping not working

I'm trying to place an order today, Sat, Oct 5. Everything is supposed to free shipping. The item I am ordering says free shipping on the item page. But the shipping charge shows up at checkout. I've tried multiple devices, two different browsers, and I even downloaded the app and tried that. Shipping is charged every time. Is anyone aware of any problems or have any suggestions?

The items in your cart may show a shipping fee. Once you go to checkout you'll see the fee is deducted.

Maybe try the item without the coupon code? I don't have a coupon but I know sometimes you can only use one form of discount per order. You may have to settle for whatever the bigger savings are. Good luck.

Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I got all the way to the point where I would click PLACE ORDER, and the shipping fee was still there.

I'm not using any other discount code. Not sure why you'd think that.

In the past a few items can fall through the cracks and not show free shipping for whatever reason. I think if you call customer service to place the order they should be able to take care of it for you.

At first the free shipping didn’t work on some of my products, but I waited a bit then it finally worked

@Sister Barbara Did you click "place order" that is what it takes to make shopping fee not show

Free shipping should show up before you hit place order. For me this morning the shipping was shown as deducted when I hit checkout before place order.
