FYI, have been trying to use my promo code with the free shipping today and get a message that I cannot use a promo code currently, Called CS and they said that tech dept is working on it. Anyone else having issues ordering with promo code today? Just curious as I always seem to have problems usng these codes....

No, this is a different code that I got in the mail. It is good until 10/14/24.

Have been holding onto it hoping for a free shipping day .....sigh

@Deb213, usually those type of promo codes come with a lot of restrictions and are not good on TSV, clearance, As-Is, Lunchtime Specials or Prime Time Specials. Or there may be a disclaimer that only one type of reduction is acceptable. It can make your head spin.

Yes, I agree with you. I have scoured the fine print on my card and there is nothing about excluding a free shipping day. It is very frustrating to say the least! I'll keep trying. Thanks for your response...

I think it is a tech issue @Deb213 I used my 20% off (from a card mailed to me) plus automatic free shipping this morning. I hope QVC fixes this problem soon.

2 day 20% off worked perfectly for me. Advance order item was reduced $31.80. Very happy.
