Problem w/order. Does chat not work?

I'm trying to use LiveChat but whenever I select it an error code comes up. Is it just me or does it not work?

Ugh, annoying I like using chat because I hate waiting and talking on the phone.

My problem is, I recently ordered and got in the mail a bottle of Whish Mega Bakuchiol Face & Body Super Cream that the pump broke and leaked all over the box.

So wondering if a mod knows....Do I send this mess back and ask for an exchange, just hoping they still have the cream I want in stock or what?

This is the error code I get when I try to Livechat:

Request Header Or Cookie Too Large

Chat is working for me maybe try a different browser. They won't ask you to send it back they will just send you a new one if its available.

Nevermind, I figured it out. I found where I could message on Facebook and a wonderful person named Sam figured it out for me.

Thank you Sam (just sending my gratitude out into the universe knowing Sam probably won't see this, haha!)

QVC rocks!!!

I don't know why but my chat through QVC won't work. Weird! I am computer illiterate though and I'm sure it's something I'm doing wrong.
