I am trying to buy the TSV and can't use the promo code. They won't let me use it. Why, and I can't get anyone on Customer Service.

@luvmybeetle Have you tried calling customer service. I would call and find out what the issue is. I haven't tried it but curious as to what they tell you.

There is something wrong with online apparently and no, they do not answer their phones. It's showing on mine as well.

Hi, I had the same problem. I called in and the call was answered by the order representative who said only Customer Service can enter the code. The order representative transferred me to Customer Service, and the representative was able to apply the code. The Customer Service representative said that only Customer Service can apply the code, not the order representative. Both representatives were very helpful and very apologetic that the code was not working.

This is very odd. I ordered online this morning and had no trouble using the code.

It shouldn't be case sensitive, but I always type it exactly as shown, just in case!

(And if you copy and paste, make sure you don't pick up any extraneous characters - like a space, that you wouldn't necessarily see.)

If you are referring to the "LOVE20" code, I had the same problem last night but today it worked just fine. Today is the last day to use it too.

I used it last night online. I usually don't put stuff in my cart, but wanted the 20% and it worked on clearance AND an as is product, and a few items had free shipping. Some were upset it was only up to $50. I got $35 off (paid for one item 100%.). Thanks QVC.
