FoodSaver 2-in-1 Vacuum Sealing System with Handheld Sealer. It came in a regular brown box, not a foodsaver one. So, I immediately was suspicious! I decided to thoroughly examine it, and found grease on the inside! CS is sending me a new one, hopefully, no extra charge! I decided to check the reviews, which I should have originally done. They were all from a promotion!!! I would have gone directly to FS if I had read them!!! Ladies check all items,,

@Flady1 That is gross..... Don't know who's more to blame or shame: the previous customer who returned it like that or QVC for not inspecting it better before shipping it out.

Shame on both the previous customer but moreso on QVC. The buck stops there, they have to double check the item to make sure it is in new condition before it is sent to a customer. This is cost-cutting at its worst, employee shortage or not.

While I know mistakes happen, this seems that it should have been avoided and extra care should be taken with food type items. I got a bottle of lotion once from HSN that was not sealed, smelled off, and looked like it was a return. I called their CS and they took care of it immediately. I'm sure QVC will make good on this mistake.

I have received and returned a few things that were obviously used. A jacket with a used kleenex in th epocket, smsmelly shoes right out of the box that had the bad smell of foot odor. Tops, etc.

Don't know why this happens.
