      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's been happening to me for more than a week.&amp;nbsp; It's so strange.&amp;nbsp; I click on something to put it in my cart, and the page starts flashing.&amp;nbsp; The item never makes it to the cart.&amp;nbsp; If I really want something I have to purchase it via my phone.&amp;nbsp; What in the world?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
