    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;23 years ago I bought a diamond ring, the diamond was guaranteed and would be replaced if it fell out, the condition wa that the prongs had to be checked every 6 months.&amp;nbsp; I kept up with it the first 10 years but haven't been good about it lately but I do get the prongs redone on their dime occasionally.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just got off the phone with customer service regarding a stone lost from a ring I purchased in March. I realize the 30 days is over but I was told their is no warranty on affinity products. I had a similar issue with an HSN&amp;nbsp; Colleen Lopez ring and I was able to exchange it Why the different rules. I trusted QVC to do the honorable thing.and make an exchange the ring is still in stock. I purchase a lot and may rethink future purchases&lt;/P&gt;</description>

QVC and HSN are two separate entities, each with their own president, policies and procedures.&amp;nbsp; The Affinity jewelry is covered the same as all the other jewelry.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;QVC doesn't stand behind my of their products.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I had cookware exclusive QVC brand that had a lifetime guarantee that didn't hold up after about six months. The non stick coating was peeling off in sheets.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;They wouldn't honor anything. &amp;nbsp;I even had the small paper that&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;came with the pan with the guarantee info. &amp;nbsp;It was worth nothing.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It's a risk we take with all jewelry. (Then you are required to do regular inspections.)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Not that I know, and I have purchased a lot of jewelry everywhere over the years.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I am also VERY hard on my rings, bracelets, etc.--I have cats and dogs who jump on me, I go out in the hot sun to garden, I like to dance and jump around.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have lost count of the number of stones I have lost--sometimes because the prongs are small and weak and they break over time, or I catch them on something like a sleeve and pull it open accidentally.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have a loupe and I check everything right away to make sure there is no maunfacturer's defect.&amp;nbsp; But if I am wearing a ring regularly, then all the fault is with me for not being more careful!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;(BTW, I get all my stones replaced by a jewelry repair person at the jewelry shows!)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5" color="#0000FF"&gt;Diamonique has a guarantee to replace or repair for as long as you own it. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5" color="#0000FF"&gt;You can read their warranty under any diamonique.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5" color="#0000FF"&gt;I haven't had to use it though. All the ones I have still look good and were at much much lower prices years ago.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Diamonique aren't real stones so they can afford to replace those.&amp;nbsp; Doesn't cost them much but Affinity claims to be hihg-quality real diamonds although I've thought for a long time that they are really lower quality stones.&amp;nbsp; Very risky buying expensive jewelry on line when you can't be sure of the quality.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I too was very disappointed that a diamond was lost in an Affinity ring I'd purchased.&amp;nbsp; I called Customer Service as soon as I realized a diamond was lost.&amp;nbsp; They could not help me, no Warantee nor Guarantee on Affinity jewelry other than QVC 30 day return policy!&amp;nbsp; I was truly surprised, shocked, and not a little mad about that to say the least.&amp;nbsp; I will never buy another piece of Affinity, never.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you really expect them to replace a diamond? Diamonique has a warranty because it is not a real diamond. Does any jeweler replace a lost diamond? I'm sure you are honest but people would be taking advantage of that warranty!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
