      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had to call customer service a few times in recent weeks due to a couple of shipping problems. &amp;nbsp;In all three cases, credit had to be issued. I had nothing but stellar service from all the C/S people I spoke to. And no problems with the phones getting answered. &amp;nbsp;That being said....I do not try to reach C/S on free shipping days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I am a long time shopper here. &amp;nbsp;Spent quite a bit. &amp;nbsp;I had an incident with Customer Service that was Beyond Belief - but did not want to waste my time writing to the President of QVC. &amp;nbsp;Yes, it was that bad, I was insulted beyond belief. &amp;nbsp;So when someone complains, believe them. &amp;nbsp;A variation of Maya's quite. &amp;nbsp;And yes, it has affected my view and my buying. &amp;nbsp;It was an assault on my character, and not overturned by the supervisor at first.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I had an issue three days ago. &amp;nbsp;I emailed customer service, and they responded and resolved my issue within&amp;nbsp;10 minutes. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;That was just my latest experience. &amp;nbsp;In my opinion, QVC has the best customer service compared to most any retail business, in any genre, out there. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have spent thousands at qvc. No more. I have watched prices rise while quality has lessened. Navigating the website is a nightmare. I called qvc's award winning customer service again today. When you click about qvc they describe their customer service as award winning. I don't like the ezpay options yet my last few orders have registered as ezpay. I have had consistent problems with this option. Tired of the problems, I recently called to pay off my balances. Assured by customer service that I had a zero balance I went to place an order and was told I couldn't because I had an outstanding balance. The next day 3 ezpay withdrawals were made from my bank. My bank said I had to cancel my card to stop the withdrawals. Today I got a message saying I owed a $9 payment. I called customer service they saw the lump sum payment and said the cs rep I last spoke with made a mistake. I asked if the NINE DOLLARS could be forgiven. He said it didn't matter that the mistake was on qvcs end. I owed NINE DOLLARS and my account would remain delinquent until it was paid. I am done. Goodbye qvc. I will not miss you.</description>

You go to my account and go to easy pay. You view each order and see where you can pay balance in full. This way it will show on your bank account with the order numbers.&amp;nbsp; To avoid using easy pay, you can do it yourself when you check out. It gives you the option. You could check your account now. Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>For those of you have not experienced bad QVC customer service you are luck, number one but 2 doesn't mean others haven't. I have a lot of problems but customer service is a big part of my job so maybe I have a higher standard but my biggest problem with qvc is same problems arise over and over affect many people (if you read here and reviews) but there is no fixes. They say they note complaints and forward them my guess is to a black hole) problems arise but there unwillingness to address even the most common problems (ie properly processing refunds and charging 6.95 label fee when they are not suppose as an example)</description>

I had to email them today because I sent back something not using their return label and I was charged for it anyway.&amp;nbsp; They immediately issued a refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
