    <description>&lt;P&gt;That's too bad, but for me I have had some issues now and then but mostly good. &amp;nbsp;Been shopping here for years. &amp;nbsp;My only regret is I buy too much. &amp;nbsp;LOL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In fact I have ordered &amp;nbsp;7 Christmas presents so far and only 1 left to arrive and shipped out yesterday. &amp;nbsp;People will be complaining about that come December. &amp;nbsp;Order early I say.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can have issues anywhere you buy from. &amp;nbsp;Just need to get to know how the Q operates and go with the flow. &amp;nbsp;Stuff happens. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Placed an order for an item shown in stock. Sat in processing for a few days and then I checked my account today and it's marked backordered.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Going forward I suggest QVC have stock status/counts accurate. If an item is backordered it should be marked as much. Perhaps this will help you keep future customers. I personally won't ever use QVC again as my time was wasted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I think the OP has every right to be upset. I don't think it's too much for a retailer to notify a customer prior to ordering that an item is backordered. Some will have on their website that an item will not be available until a specified date.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I think any retailer that is struggling would do well to listen to its customers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I recently had two items come up as Advance Order and I wouldn't have known unless I looked at my order status.One was a Fall decorative item from Valerie and the other a Christmas one. I'd rather receive it later than not at all as try and order carefully.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;However I have two items this week in the correct labeled bag but nothing close to what should be in the bag, One was an incorrect sized item&amp;nbsp; and odd&amp;nbsp; as no size label inside as cut out and the other a&amp;nbsp; denim skirt I never ordered. To top it off I received an empty box smashed and the contents missing all taped up from HSN, not their fault but not fun dealing with the errors.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i placed a walmart delivery order around 2 am to be delivereded this morning between 7 and 9 am.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i received email at 6:15 stating 3 items were not available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they showed available at 2 am.&amp;nbsp; no one could have bought them since the store was closed.&amp;nbsp; they still show available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is the inventory incorrect.&amp;nbsp; is the site incorrect.&amp;nbsp; could the picker not find them.&amp;nbsp; who knows.&amp;nbsp; nothing is perfect.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;one of the items is for a recipe i needed for a gift i am making today.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;i will make something else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i'm not mad at walmart.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Twice now, I've had Philosophy Autoship order problems. &amp;nbsp;These happened last year with Amazing Grace Bergamot &amp;amp; this past winter with my Living Grace. &amp;nbsp;I received the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;letter a few weeks ago.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Both times, they were TSV perfume, lotion and body wash sets, ordered early in the day.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&amp;nbsp;What bugs me is they cancelled both orders after I only received two shipments. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;However, the EXACT SAME fragrance pack ups were/are being offered under a different item number. 😣&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been around a long time and it happened to me twice in the last couple of months.&amp;nbsp; The first item was a PLW Boheme skirt that was as is, when I ordered it showed in stock, then went to backorder and then the Q cancelled the order after 30 days because they couldn't get the item.&amp;nbsp; Second time was last week, the day of the PTR TSV, I ordered midday the today only mask set, in stock, then went to backorder.&amp;nbsp; I cancelled that one myself.&amp;nbsp; So, OP you're not alone, its just one of those things that happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800000"&gt;If this was the person's first order with QVC, I think their post was entirely appropriate. &amp;nbsp;No drama, just letting the company know they lost a customer through their own incompetence.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800000"&gt;Many of us that have been shopping with QVC for decades will put up with their delays and back orders. &amp;nbsp;Others who are just now trying the company will not as there are many alternative shopping services elsewhere now.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800000"&gt;QVC is a struggling retailer. &amp;nbsp;This is customer feedback as to one of the reasons they may not be making any headway in gaining customers. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Well, I think many of us are of the belief if a vendor and QVC offer Auto-Delivery on an item for a set price, and a set number of deliveries it should be honored. They made a commitment and should follow through even if it means they take a slight financial hit. A slight short term financial hit is better in the long run than a once loyal customer turning bitter.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You made the commitment, your word should be your bond. It's sad it's not viewed that way.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;These are the little things that can permanently turn customers away, especially when it should be such an easy fix.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
