They are probably waiting for your check to clear the bank (although I didn't know they still took them)

@Ohsetsuna Yes. I live in a large city, but our "mail hub" is outside of town in the middle of a cornfield. Sometimes it takes an extra day or so before it gets to my local zip code.

@Ohsetsuna. When your item ships it will clearly state that it has shipped. The next day, you'll start to see tracking as it moves toward your location. You'll have an estimated arrival date which may change depending on the shipper's work load and conditions as it travels. When it arrives, you'll be told it's "out for delivery" early in the mornoing.

@Ohsetsuna - Where are you seeing the status "check"? That is not one of the usual order status options on the QVC website. If you can tell us a bit more about what you are seeing and where you are seeing it, that would help us help you.

welcome to the forum!

Here is what I see in my orders

notice that circled my order says "in process"

there is no tracking number yet because it hasn't shipped.

I have never seen a status of "check" on any of my orders ever so I'm clueless.

perhaps if you call customer service at the toll -free number they might be able to help?
