Code potsticker not working

Code POTSTICKER is supposed to work for $10 off the first auto delivery shipment of the TSV. It is not working. Please advise.

I am having the same issue. Stating code is invalid but received email giving this code.

Ditto for me as well. Code not working so I held off placing an auto delivery order. Hoping it gets corrected...and that I remember to come back and place order!

@labchocolate @Raker @cookie16. You all need to call CS and make them aware of the problem. It won't get fixed posting it here. They can enter it for you..

@Kachina624 After I posted I decided to call CS and was told the code they sent out in an email was incorrect. I was given the correct code,ordered the tsv and was given $10 off.

@Raker - I just ordered these about 20 minutes ago and the code worked for me, no problem. Maybe they fixed it?

(ETA: It shouldn't make any difference, but I made sure to put it in all capitals. Having worked in I.T., it's a possibility that the person who coded it, did that. In practice, it should accept either form, but they may have made it case sensitive.)

I always use the case the code is given in.
