Unable to access "Feedback" to QVC

Could someone in Customer Service or IT please check why I've not been able to access "FEEDBACK" to leave my comments and/or opinions with QVC?
It's frustrating to know the FEEDBACK button is available, but nothing happens for the past week when I try to access it.

Please HELP!

@BirkiLady No problem on my end. Use a different browser and/or turn your device on & off.

If it was a Q issue, EVERYONE would be having problems.

@BirkiLady I was able to pull it up on my computer. I'm using Chrome.

I'm using Edge and was able to access it. I suggest switching your browser.

I used it yesterday with no problem. I even got a confirmation email from QVC they they received it.

Thanks ladies for checking. Nice to know someone has my back! I've tried both Edge and Chrome (yesterday and today). Still not able to access FEEDBACK.

When everything else failed, I wrote to Beth Belfiore, a QVC CSR Specialist yesterday. Hopefully she'll be able to provide the help I need. If not, I asked her to turn it over to the IT Dept.

BTW: It didn't make any sense that I could access everything else in the column except Feedback. Still cannot. Makes me wonder if I've been blocked?

@BirkiLady. I don't think people get blocked from CS functions which is what Feedback is. Can you try to access it on a different device like a phone?

That was my subtle humor for the day when I said "blocked from Feedback"!
Since I've never provided my cell number to QVC I'm not going to try your suggestion. Still haven't heard back from Beth and hope she'll contact their IT Dept. if she is unable to help me.

If all else fails, I'll send a lot of emails when I have a suggestion or complaint, which isn't often since I don't watch live programming.

Do you have a pop up blocker on QVC, try disabling it & then try.

Pop-up blocker was the problem. Posting so that others can see this works.
