      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm really at the point of not shopping here anymore because the shipping is just so terrible. My item shipped May 15th and I still haven't received it. I've had similar experiences in the past.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With all of the shopping options available, you would think QVC would make sure their shipping was at least competitive. No one needs this aggravation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I ordered something on free shipping day 5/19, and supposed to deliver tomorrow, and that's with USPS, so it's ok. &amp;nbsp;5 days. &amp;nbsp;I honestly think the difference many times is what Q warehouse it's coming from and where in US you are located. &amp;nbsp;I get some items in 3 days (not often, but sometimes). &amp;nbsp;I've had VA and NC orders arrive quickly. &amp;nbsp;Ontario, CA a bit longer. &amp;nbsp;Usually 7-9 days. &amp;nbsp;I'm in PA.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm sorry to hear about your shipping delay, but this sounds like it's a problem with the courier, not QVC, if the package was shipped on 5/15. Delivery has been pretty quick for my purchases lately; I ordered five items during the free shipping event last weekend and they are all scheduled to arrive by next Monday, which seems very prompt to me. I hope you can figure out a solution to receive your package soon!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I believe it was stolen in the UPS depot. I'm not buying that the label fell off. That rarely happens. It's unfortunate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It almost always requires a third party (&lt;U&gt;not&lt;/U&gt; related to USPS) to move packages from place to place. If you aren't on the main path for these third parties, packages may sit for a while. Third parties are not going to make a trip if it isn't profitable. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Slow processing, shipping, and returns handling are big reasons why I haven't bought much. Plus, I can usually find everything elsewhere for less money.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They control the entire transaction from order to delivery.)&amp;nbsp; The biggest mistake that QVC is making is using UPS which then switches to Mail Innovations (whatever that is) which then is delivered by USPS. Who thought this was a good idea? My package, ordered 5/15,&amp;nbsp; left PA on 5/16.Went to NJ to UPS on that day. Why go from P A to NJ when it's destination is OH? Anyway, the next day it arrived in Rossford,OH which is less than 50 miles from me. THEN it went to Lincoln Park MI which is some 50 more miles north. There it sits. My package is now 87 miles from me and it's a holiday weekend so add yet another day. I complained to UPS and they, of course, are blaming USPS because that's where their sorting facility is, or some such cr*p. QVC PLEASE drop this Mail Innovations link. Things were !such speedier using just UPS. Wow. Glad that's off my chest.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have had different UPS delivers and my regular told me he has given&amp;nbsp; new routes&amp;nbsp; that&amp;nbsp; are unfamilar and moving people around.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;My mail carrier told me he is changing routes as tired of all the packages. He said he new route is more miles but less packages to deliver.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Don't forget to offer water when it is hot. My UPS carrier said he prepared with a cooler the other day and good.Yesterday my USPS was grateful when I handed him a bottle if water. Always take it he says.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
