I have never asked for a free pick up but it's good to know it's available. I had a heavy item to return which I couldn't lift and had to have my son in law take it to the post office only to hear it had to go to UPS. It was the label that came with it and it didn't say ups.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had a few friends use QVC and enjoy the deals on clothing and accessories they get, so when I was shopping online for a new vacuum, and saw a good deal on the Dyson Ball Animal 3 Extra, I went for it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A week later I got the notification it was delivered. Much to my surprise when I saw the package it was clearly for the wrong item! Instead of my vacuum I received a Dyson fan!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I call to tell them about the mistake and try to see if they can expedite the vacuum to me. No luck, they're totally sold out. No clue where the vacuum I purchased went, maybe they simply sold more than their stock, which, really crappy if so. Not only that but I have to send the fan back and wait several weeks for them to receive and inspect the product before I get a refund, all the while vacuumless and beginning to lose in the everlasting war against the dust bunnies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Luckily I insisted on speaking to a superior and got them to refund me right away so I don't have to wait so long to buy a different vacuum locally but it would have sucked if I didn't advocate for myself to get that! I still now have to find time out of my busy work schedule to go to the post office and ship the incorrect goods back to them or my card will be charged for it. Sigh.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only consolation I got was a sorry don't know how the mix up happened and that they'll mention the "mishap" to their vendor. Very much pushing all accountability onto them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;QVC is the one I took my business to! Not okay to engage in a business transaction and then just not provide the agreed upon goods last I checked. Very sad first experience with this company and will likely be my last.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;It was probably shipped directly from Dyson.&amp;nbsp; I have had this happen before with Walmart, guess what?&amp;nbsp; I still buy from Walmart, mistakes happen.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I guess if its your first time using a company you would think this was indicative of their practices but I have never had a mistaken shipment from QVC.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>New update, suddenly I am unable to get a refund, even though I told them I couldn’t ship it out til Thursday because I work 12 hour shifts. The first supervisor had said they could refund me right away once it was sent back but now they’re saying I have to send it first. So now I have to go even longer vacuumless because their vendor made the mistake and can’t even rectify it by resending me the new item. Can’t wait to wait 2+ weeks for a refund so I can go buy a vacuum locally.</description>

If it needs to go back by USPS or UPS, their offices are open on Saturday. I think you are making it harder on yourself than it has to be. It is an inconvenience but can't you buy another vacuum on a credit card and pay it off when you get your refund. Not sure what is really happening with your situation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
