Great experience with Customer Service

DD ordered the Connemara Tea set from the Irish show. She received it yesterday and there was a second set also. Contacted customer service and they said since it was a perishable item, we should just keep the duplicate. Thank you QVC.

That was a good deal - buy one, got one free. With such a large set (150 teas!), maybe you can gift one to another tea lover.
