How To Change Time Zones?

With this new format for items on air, it is showing for me pacific time and not eastern. The old format it was easy to change, not so much now. It will show it for a second and not able to change it.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience. At the top of Items on Air, please click the zone after Today at _. For example, EST. Then you will see a box that says Where Are You? and you can choose your zone

@AnjalenaQVC What causes these time zones to change periodically? Why can't they stay the way they were supposed to? It get's a tad annoying.

@AnjalenaQVC Thank you I do see that for a split second but goes away so fast I can't change it.

For me the time zone never stays the same even after I change it. I always have to make the change each time I visit Qvc dot com.

I'm sorry that the time zone is changing. I will send a message to our IT team to look into it

Same thing happens to me. It flashes and then there isn't a place to change time zones. I use an iPad with Safari.

However, if I'm signed in the shows do seem to have my correct time zone so I haven't had to change the time.

I just looked at my time zone and it is correct. It doesn't seem to change. I appreciate seeing the directions on how to fix it though should an issue arise.

I finally see the time zone that @AnjalenaQVC was speaking of, and I was able to change the time for my area through the drop box. Up until this morning it wasn't showing so I had no way to adjust the time.

However, the time doesn't stay on my time zone. As soon as I leave that page it goes back to eastern time so that every time I check Items On Air I have to change the time zone.

Same for me. Have to change the time zone each and every cotton picking day when I go online. very annoying. even tho it doesn't really change the items listed in the shows that are on, I just feel like I need to change it to Eastern time or I might miss something good if I leave it on PST or CST.
