Need Help With My (Old) Order History!

Hi,
I ordered two different models of Dyson fans / purifiers (one was specifically a hot & cool model) from QVC probably in either 2019, or 2020, and am trying to locate the order information for them, so I know precisely which models I have - I misplaced the manuals that came with them - any help on this would be greatly appreciated -
**I did try, looking in my account order history via the search engine, nothing came up, only my orders for their hair tools.**
Is it possible some much older order history completely falls off, and is no longer available?
Or perhaps you need to type in a much more precise product name?
I did reach out to the Social Care team via email, they could only find Dyson hair tools I've ordered sadly. I know at least one of the Dyson fans/purifiers I ordered was a TSV, and even came with the bonus of an extra filter as part of the pack up.

@DooneyGal2 Google how to find serial number on Dyson fan and you will find the information you need.

The model number should be embossed somewhere on the fan. For old order info, you need to contact the mods who may or may not be able to help you but they'll try.

click the arrow next to view all. box opens up to choose yr. you can then search the yrs for purchases

Thanks so much everyone for your help!
I'll try and look at the bottom of my fans, along with putting in a year in the options for the search engine - I'm out of town and was hoping the Mods here can help locate the info on their end to speed things up, but again appreciate everyone's help!

I actually need the actual "name" of the Models I have, just the model number itself sadly won't help for purchasing filters on the shopping platform I use (don't know if I'm allowed to say it lol) - hoping a Mod can help me as I'm out of town, but will try the year option in the search for sure, thanks!
I did email the Social Care Team (I see someone brought that up), but they for whatever reason couldn't locate my orders, ugh.

Yay I WAS able to locate one of the two, with implementing the Year option in the drop down box, it's an HP04 - now just need to find the other fan - Thanks so much!
