    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Is there a trick to changing the scent of an auto-delivery? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I ordered two the First Aid Beauty TSV’s in October (two separate orders), and I noticed I’m due for auto shipments next month. I would like to change the scent of one of the shipments, as mentioned in the presentation as an option, but whether on the website or app I get the same pop-up. If it can’t be changed, that’s fine. I was just curious if I could.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;There never used to be a way to change scents online--you had to call customer service. If that's changed recently, I don't know about it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;Also, some brands allow for changes, others do not. &amp;nbsp;I don't know specifically about the First Aid TSV. &amp;nbsp;I'd call customer service and ask about it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
