      <description>&lt;P&gt;Once again no receipt in bag-----come on------ I don't want to request a receipt and return slip be mailed.&amp;nbsp; How frustrating if you no longer have a printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sending shoes in their box in just a plastic bag looks like the delivery people drove over the box in a bag.&amp;nbsp; Don't be so cheap when it comes to shipping items.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Personally, as long as qvc is trying to keep costs down, I can deal with some less expensive packaging. &amp;nbsp;A lot of folks are complaining about rising prices. &amp;nbsp; I also agree there are issues with delivery services in how they are handling packages. &amp;nbsp; I can see the cost of printing receipts with return labels that many people won't need to use being something a company wants to address. &amp;nbsp;There aren't perfect solutions for all of us. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It's a fact of reality that technology drives how things are done. &amp;nbsp;It's also a fact that not everyone has the technology to do what is expected. &amp;nbsp;It's something we're all dealing with. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was going to suggest the same thing but her directions are very clear. If you can log on to this forum you can easily find the information needed to do a return. I throw away every invoice and material in the package immediately. Later, if I need to return it, I just hand write or print it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#333399"&gt;As for packaging, I would much prefer less care to packaging to save a little money. I don't need a box in another box. All my apparel I order is washed before I wear it anyway so I don't care if it's wrinkled or balled up or shoved in a bag. If I'm gifting the item I will press it if need be and package it myself with tissue paper and wrap. If an item is damaged QVC will refund your entire purchase amount.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#333399"&gt;Most every other online retailer I do business with does not include a return packing slip. Like&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/85845"&gt;@Jk9&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;states, its the way of the future and we need to adapt to it.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I order a lot from QVC....and rarely return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was shocked at the pile of invoices I tossed after 30 days had gone by.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was a real eye opener.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not super green, but boy, what a waste.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't need an invoice since everything is in my Order Status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have access to a printer for return labels but certainly understand the difficulty for those who don't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use the suggestions given.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never got invoices from Walmart, Amz, Target, and the tons of other places I shop from on line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our company pays monthly invoices...and those companies are no longer giving us return envelopes for our payments!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cutting back everywhere!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;As DH said today, I hit the jackpot.&amp;nbsp; I received 6 orders from QVC.&amp;nbsp; Each of the six items had an invoice and return slip with them.&amp;nbsp; I rarely receive an order without a invoice/return slip and I order alot.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Yesterday I received from a shoe company 3 pair of shoes.&amp;nbsp; All came in one box, but the invoice and return slip were included.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I also order from Damon &amp;amp; Drapers and always receive invoice/return slip from that company.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I rarely order from Amazon and can't remember if they include a slip.&amp;nbsp; Ordered at Christmas from Lands End and L L Bean and received invoice and return slips. Won't be ordering from LE anymore as item already showing wear.&amp;nbsp; I don't do other internet shopping so don't know what other companies do regarding invoicing.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Qvc has been sending merchandise w/o receipts for too long. The convenience component of qvc is declining. How is it convenient to call for a return label and sit on hold or download your own. You paid for the merchandise, why can’t a receipt be enclosed?</description>
