    <description>&lt;P&gt;I would call customer service. Do you have info that they have received your item at their facility?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I returned an item and it had not shown up in my account after 2 weeks had passed.&amp;nbsp; I called CS and from my return label they could see that they had received it 2 weeks prior. I was immediately given my refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good Luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My $120.00 bracelet is lost, so no refund. I always use their return label and put it in my mailbox so I don't have to drive 30 minutes to post office. They say without receipt no refund. Darn it. Guess I have to go to post office everytime. Never had this happen, but first time for everything I guess😥&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They probably are still dealing with a lot of Christmas returns and that's why they are taking longer. I've noticed it with the few I returned but they always get refunded.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
