      <title>6 orders apparently never given to UPS - all missing !</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed six (6) orders in two days and apparnently they're all shipping out of QVC's Ontario CA warehouse. Somehow, ALL 6 ORDERS are missing. UPS has not yet received these packages and QVC doesn't seem very concerned about the missing orders. I'm very upset because four of the six orders are sold out and I CANNOT reorder them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC needs to step this up to an immediate investigation where these items are and &amp;nbsp;how six separate orders, probably grouped together for shipping, could disappear. QVC needs to locate them immediately and advise me and any other customers affected what happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know about this warehouse in particular, but what you describe is not unusual.&amp;nbsp; I've had it happen to me number of times, and not just with QVC.&amp;nbsp; Most of the time, the items have been shipped and they show up more or less when expected.&amp;nbsp; In most cases, someone just forgot to scan it during one step along the way.&amp;nbsp; When items don't show up within a reasonable amount of time, while simultaneously not having their status updated, I'll let the seller (QVC in this case) know and they usually cancel the order then and refund my money.&amp;nbsp; The one time QVC didn't do this immediately, I was advised to wait X more days (which is why I mentioned this earlier) and if there were no changes, to call back and they'd take care of it.&amp;nbsp; They did.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Now I have to wait for them to go back to Tx before it comes here. I know once it starts going west they put it on the wrong truck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I doubt that your orders are truly missing; it is far more likely that QVC is just taking a longer time than you're expecting to hand them off to UPS. This slight delay is not unusual at all. It sounds like you may have tracking numbers for your orders—if that is the case, just keep watching for status updates and/or sign up for UPS MyChoice (free for a standard account) to have updates automatically sent to you:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.ups.com/us/en/track/ups-my-choice.page" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.ups.com/us/en/track/ups-my-choice.page&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're just a bit more patient, I'm confident your orders will be on their way to your door soon. The orders indicate the items were shipped on 1/18 and as of today it indicates the packages are on their way to a UPS facility. &amp;nbsp;UPS indicates it is awaiting the packages. I don't think QVC drivers deliver out of state so where are the packages. All my other orders shipped via UPS are received by UPS immediately (except for one previous order that was lost and never delivered). The 4 sold out items are sold only on QVC so I'm outta luck if they don't show up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And, tracking showed UPS handed off it to USPS in my small town near the Canadian border and it delivered 1/13/24 by USPS. That was pretty quick.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well, I never received the 7lb box of lovely Harry Slatkin candles. We have neighborhood delivery lockers and I went up as soon as I received the USPS Informed Delivery email of delivery. It was freezing that day, but I still held out hope it would show up the next delivery day 1/16/24 (after the MLK holiday). Nope, nothing on the 1/16 and that night snowmageddon hit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Called QVC today after waiting well over a week and still no Slatkin candles in sight. I was not able to check at the post office and my mailbox because we&amp;nbsp;have been graced with heavy snow and ice. That keeps me off the roads and into other trouble.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thankfully, I got through to a very nice representative named Marlee and she issued a refund. She mentioned due to our recent West Coast weather, things have gone astray/haywire in the delivery supply chain. No surprise as even our very prompt Amazon delivery folks have been delayed a day or two.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First time I had this problem in the years I've been with Q, and hopefully the last. I'm still hoping those candles show up and I can call Q back with the good news. Unfortunately, the candles are now sold out, so no reissue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope your situation turns out well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>FYI - UPDATE - RE 6 orders apparently never given to UPS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;FYI: This is an update and one correction :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(1) &amp;nbsp;I was mistaken that all 6 orders were shipping out of Ontario CA. Four are from Ontario, Two from Portland OR.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(2) The two orders from Portland appear to have made it to UPS (no message displayed that it is awaiting the package) &amp;nbsp;so they should be delivered soon - that's excellent news.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now hoping the remaining orders are just delayed. Rooting for Ontario !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
