Can someone explain why this promo code isn't working?

I'm purchasing the TSV and as far as I can see the information does not exclude that.

I read through the info at the bottom and it does state "Valid for select customers only".

I guess we're not "select" customers.

Just got an email about the code (5:30 AM), but I wasn't able to cancel my earlier order to try to use it. (Like it's in shipping already. Give me a break!!!)

It's not fair because the information states it's good from 12:00 AM to 12:59 PM.

on 1/20/24.

We've all been trying to use it without success.

I've emailed QVCsocialteam as Etoile308 suggested. I'll let you know if I hear anything.

I just received email from the QVC social.team@qvc.com

and they said to contact them when the item is billed to my card and I will receive the discount.

I just read this thread and I tried the code on a couple beauty items in my cart. It did work. I do think generally these discounts do not apply to TSV purchases but I could be wrong.

Someone tried on other items and it didn't work.

In this case, we early birds didn't catch the worm.

It may work now after we received the email.

I tried to buy the Smileactives from Leah's beauty show this morning.

The promo code did not work. I emailed customer service.

They responded that Smileactives is not a beauty product so it did not qualify.

Really! They put Smileactives in the all-day beauty show. They gave it free shipping, and 5 easy pays today because all Beauty gets free shipping and 5 EPs today.

But when it comes to the promo code it doesn't qualify????

That's terrible QVC. Mods.

UPDATE:

That one-sentence email response from someone from the Social Team really ticked me off.

So I called the QVC customer service phone number. That rep was absolutely wonderful! She looked into it and took the promo 20% off my order. I immediately received an email confirmation.

So if any of you emailed and the response was unsatisfactory, you may want to give them a call instead.

Appears that those of us who ordered in the wee hours had trouble with the code.

I believe that they may not have had that in the system at that time.

Seems all is working now!

It didn't work for me either the 1st time I tried to use it. I went back and began my order again and it worked Just keep trying as it does work eventually. Don't know why the glich.
