      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received an acknowlegment on 12/15 that my return was received and it would take up to 7 days to issue the refund.&amp;nbsp; It's now 12/28 and no refund.&amp;nbsp; I've never contacted anyone before (mods?)&amp;nbsp; or do I contact customer service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just spoke with customer service and got my refund immediately. You really shouldn't need to do that to get what is owed you.&amp;nbsp; Maybe they're hoping you'll forget about it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Years ago after QVC received my return I kept waiting for my refund. I had to call their warehouse in NC to talk to Renaldo that told me yes they had my return to call QVC &amp;amp; tell them Renaldo said they have it to issue credit? I have never had to call anyone for a refund until that time. I'm not shopping with a company where I have to do that?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Renaldo told me they had a parking lot full of shipping containers they have to go through before they can issue refunds for all the returns???&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Slow processing does happen from time to time, but for the last few months, my refunds have been processed quite promptly even without contacting the Easy Returns Team. However, like the OP, I received email acknowledgments about a couple of returns being received last Wednesday (they were actually delivered to the Q on Monday) but have only had a confirmation of the refund being processed for one item so far. I'm sure the holiday weekend is affecting things.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received an email from QVC that my return was received on Dec 15 and the refund would be processed within 7 business days. In QVC chat support I was informed that the refund was issued today but the current timeframe for processing would take 7-10 business days and should appear on my statement in 2 billing cycles. I called the 800# and was told it usually takes 3-5 business days but they have to say 2 billing cycles in case of delay. So it's basically so many business days from the time of receipt of the return and then another so many business days from the time of processing. This was a one time purchase for me because I had a $20 coupon. This has proved to be more of a hassle than it's worth. I won't be shopping at QVC anymore. Hope you have better luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same thing happened to me!&amp;nbsp; I returned a $180 item which they received on 12/7 per the tracking.&amp;nbsp; I was still charged my second easy pay payment on 12/22!&amp;nbsp; I called Customer Service and they ackowledged that it was received, but had no explanation as to what happened and why the return was never processed and why I was never refunded.&amp;nbsp; I feel like now I need to babysit returns now to make sure money is refunded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I do not plan to order from QVC again. The return policy is horrible. You are charged shipping to receive the item and if you return, you do not receive the original shipping in the refund AND you are charged again to ship the item back. Return charges will be double what QBC paid to ship the same item to you. Also, you have to stay on top of your return or you will not be seeing your refund anytime soon.....if ever. Such a shame as QVC sells many brands that I love.</description>
