I USUALLY CALL BUT THEY NEVER SEEM TO ANSWER ON AN EASY PAY EVENT WEEKEND.

WAS PURCHAES IN THE PAST 10 DAYS.

@weezer111 Customer Service answered quickly an hour ago when I called for a price adjustment. No problem. Just call 888-345-5788. I don't wait and listen for the prompts, just push 0 and you are soon connected with a helpful customer service representative. Yes, even on the weekend since it is Saturday and my call was promptly answered and issue resolved.

@weezer111 I just hung up from talking with CS and they handled two AD problems I have been having. My issues were convoluted but "Bob" dug into them and found a solution and was extremely courteous throughout the process.

Yay, I received $28 on two price adjustments today. Ladies, make sure you check on your orders for lower prices.

Took just a couple minutes with Customer Service.

Dont remember exactly what I saved last month on price adjustments but it was on 4 or 5 items and quite a good amount of refunds.
