Is anyone having a problem with logging on to LiveChat? I know I can no longer use my Microsoft Edge browser so I changed to Chrome and that worked until I tried today? May I ask"

1) Is Live Chat working today

2) What browser are you all using?

I can't get it to work on Edge or Firefox....those are the only 2 browsers I use....I just email the mods.....

Yet HSN Live Chat does work on Edge.....

I used Chat earlier and it worked. I use Chrome.

Our Live Chat is working - I am sorry you are having trouble with it. Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache?

live chat is not working and neither is the customer service numbeer. 5 called customer service and some person popped on trying to offer me a medic alert device. omething is wromg up there.

I just got on chat with Firefox but when I click on start chat, nothing happens

I cleared all on Chrome and still couldn't get on. Went to Firefox And got on but when I clicked on Start Chat, nothing happened. Also tried calling cusomer service and go some woman trying to offer me a medic alert device. Weird suff going on with your website and phone service.
