A while back I ordered some crab cakes and lobster dip. They arrived partially unfrozen and were terrible. I didn't bother with trying to send them back because I figured it would be too much of a hassle. I won't be ordering them again. In the future, just call CS and they will refund your money &amp;amp; tell you to dispose of the item.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
