Not receiving credit for purchase through Rakuten.

Am I the only one having difficulty getting payment from QVC for purchase through Rakuten?
I spent a goodly amount on QVC Nov 24(?) and have yet to be credited. This was one of the higher percentage days. QVC has not responded to Rakuten to authorize my reward even though I have received my items and sent a copy of my invoice.

What gives? Has QVC decided to not honor promises.

Right now I am considering stopping all purchases on QVC.

@katemory. That's why I've used Mr. Rebates for almost 20 years. Never miss a purchase or payment. I'm going on almost $7,000 in rebates from them.

@katemory I could be wrong but its my understanding stores pay Rakuten a commission for sending you their way, and Rakuten shares the commission with you as Cash Back.

So, I don't believe QVC is going to pay you since the money comes from Rakuten. Again, I could be wrong but I don't think contacting QVC will help.

I don't think it's been long enough since your purchases were only 9 days ago. Info from Rakuten.

Did you receive emails from Rakuten for all your purchases?

Retailmenot just paid me for purchases I made on HSN on 10-14. I thought I had to wait 90 days for payment but their site shows 45 days. Just received about $100 when they had 20% cash back.

My QVC purchases thru Rakuten have been successfully posted all weekend, surprisingly quickly. Actual payment will not be made until February.

The issue isn't QVC. Seems that your purchases haven't gone thru Rakuten properly, for whatever reason.

The business relationship for a rebate is not between you and QVC.

I am really bad about keeping track, a lot of times I forget to use my rakutten. I am hoping my next check will be good, this recent check was only 10 dollars. Maybe I should try the one Kachina uses?

I always look up my purchases on the Rakuten site. I use it every time I buy something that offers it and I don't get a ton of money back but 30.00 every pay quarter helps a lot.

Someone else said they usually get 100.00 back each time but I guess I don't buy enough. lol

I would love a hundred.

When go to a company through the Rakuten site, you must complete your order yourself. If you have a problem and go through Customer Service to complete your order, you forfeit the cashback.

I discovered this by accident when I was ordering Clark sandals a few years ago. I canceled the order that CS put through and restarted the order on my own.

I use both mrrebates and Rakuten depending on the rebate percentage.

I do periodically check to see if the deals have gone through and if any issues both companies are very helpful and cooperative. Unlike Topcashback for me that was a nightmare.

Yes, I've been having a problem too. Earlier this year it was much worse, like I would probably only get credit for 20% of my purchases. What I do now is I have set up a folder in my email and use it for the confirmation of purchase I get from QVC after I purchase. Then once a month or so I check those emails against the credits I have received on Rakuten. When one I missing I use the button on Rakuten to report it, then copy and paste the QVC email. I usually get credit within a couple of days after reporting it. It's a pain having to do the checking and then request, but I haven't had a problem getting my rebate after I did that.

As I said, it was way worse earlier this year but now I tend to get most of my rebates automatically and only need to request on occasion.

My biggest payday was earlier this year when I purchased a Lay-Z-Boy recliner with a 10% back day. That was nice!

On occasion sometimes a rebate will not apply if it was a special priced sale item. I had that happen with HSN. It doesnt sound like that applies here??

I tried Rakuten but could not access my account and gave up. Mr. Rebate has been very good and not always the top paying site but reliable. I was using both depending on the rebate.

I have recently had Mr. Rebate checks come slower than usual, three to four weeks due to USPS. October and November.They were mailed on the first or second of the month.

One occasion, several years ago I accidently destroyed my Mr. Rebate rebate check and after two months was reissued a new check. Very nice. CS has been good and respond quickly. They always give a $5 bonus for Holiday Shopping season.

No, you aren't the only one having trouble. I always use Rakuten before I purchase anywhere, but hadn't been paying attention to the credits at all. It octo me that I should have a ton of cashback, so I checked. I haven't been credited for ANY of the purchases since 2022! It's my own fault for not checking sooner, but NOTHING?
I think something must have changed on their end, since nothing at all changed on mine.

I won't be using it anymore, needless to say
