Not Receiving emails showing package Delivered

I am nit getting the emails I was receiving informing me that my item has been delivered. I haven't changed preferences or anything . It's been the last 2 days or so.

anyone else having an issue ?

@Ronettes @yes I get shipping info , just not when it's delivered or the emails that say arriving soon which I've been getting for some time now

@Kitty Galore USPS delivered a package from QVC on Tuesday around 11:30am but I did not received a confirmation from QVC until 8:25pm. I say the post office failed to notify QVC of the delivery in a timely manner.

I get the tracking number for UPS and/or USPS and sign up for emails directly at those sites. They've always sent an email, & I can get more detailed info on the tracking.

@AnjalenaQVC Thanks, my issue is not one particular package . I have for some time now receiving emails from QVC stating "your item will arrive soon " or "Your order will arrive soon ". And "delivered". I like these emails they keep me informed . plus I like to know when my package is delivered if I forgot to check an item and it isn't just sitting out there .

received 2 packages today , No email at all stating "arriving soon". Or "delivered ". Still don't know what changed , I didn't change anything in preferences. It's always something on this site ....

I'm getting QVC emails, but I've contacted QVC a few times about the emails being inaccurate. For example, in the past year I've gotten emails that say the package will delivered Tuesday, but it ends up getting delivered a day or two later. Last Friday, I received an email saying a QVC package will be delivered by 7:00 p.m. Sunday, but it never came. I ordered a top and skirt at the same time. The top arrived yesterday, and I received an email saying the skirt would be delivered today, but a new email says it will be delivered tomorrow. Last summer, I got an email saying a QVC package had been delivered although it wasn't delivered. When I reported it, I was told it was accidentally delivered to someone's post office box instead of my house, but they were able to retrieve it.

For me, the issue is that sometimes I make plans around those delivery dates, and I end up waiting for something or planning for something that doesn't arrive when they say it will. I understand it may be hard to pinpoint a delivery date/time, but it's sometimes frustrating to expect something they say will arrive, but doesn't show. These emails are sent around midnight or early morning saying it will be delivered the next day, so it seems like they'd be able to know if it's actually going to be delivered within 24 hours.

I always get emails. A few days ago I got one from UPS and also QVC letting me know my package was delivered.

@Sage04 @that is what I always got , but no more for no reason I can think of . I wish qvc would be consistent in there practices. I guess I'll contact the social team and see what they can do.

issue resolved , dont know how , but happy it is ! Received email about my delivery today actually .
