Cart & Checkout Problems 11/22

Anyone else having major checkouts problems on the website this morning?

First of all, the Cart is not allowing me to make changes (change quantity or remove item).

Clicking Checkout, the page just freezes. Cannot make any purchases.

That happened to me yesterday morning. I was able to scroll the QVC site, add things to my cart but not remove or check out items I wanted. Last night there was no problem but I missed free shipping on some and only ordered 1 item at that time. So annoying.

I rarely checkout straight from the site here.

Because of technical problems (videos won't play) I end up actually BUYING from IBOTTA, my preferred cash-back site.

Buying from this site runs more smoothly for me.

What is Ibotta's typical QVC discount? I use mrrebates & rakuten they're about 3% with occasional Increases. Topcashback is higher but I won't use them because they have problems.

@Caaareful Shopper same thing happening with me last week off and on . Couldn't check out and then freezing ! It's just

crazy !! And totally annoying !

Same thing is happening to me. I cannot remove item from cart or change quantity. Clicking checkout freezes page. I have refreshed the page several times. I am beginning to believe that QVC wants their customers to stop shopping here. I can come to no other conclusion since all the glitches and format changes they have made are so inconvenient and frustrating (constant pop ups, lack of pertinent information on products etc.)

Having horrible issues today, Nov 14, 2023!!! I missed out on a now sold-out item b/c I could not check out!!! SO very frustrating! It happened one other time the other day. I click on the “check out” icon & nothing, over & over! They need to address this problem ASAP!!!

I am still having problens at 6 pm. I notified the social team. They said they were going to notify IT

Honestly, I have never known a website for a company this large with so many issues. It's maddening
