    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I received a email regarding my order a few days ago that my shipment would be delayed and they were doing there best to get it shipped as soon as possible. &amp;nbsp; This item is now going on 10 days in "preparing your order". No explanation as to why it isn't shipping in a timely matter. &amp;nbsp;I have several other orders 4 days "in preparing "and hoping they won't be stuck in preparing for over a week as well ! &amp;nbsp;I don't know what's going on , &amp;nbsp;I realize it's the busy time of year for them , &amp;nbsp;but it's very frustrating that items are not going out within 3 , 4 days tops as far as I'm concerned. &amp;nbsp;Why can't they address this issue .&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Shipping had improved , &amp;nbsp;but it looks like it may be starting with delays again. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Seems they need to hire more workers especially with holiday shopping this time of year I don't&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;think it's unreasonable for items to go out within 3 days tops !!! &amp;nbsp; other sites I have purchased from have very prompt shipping . &amp;nbsp;Maybe I'm spoiled with Amazon &amp;nbsp;it's of the time next day shipping.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much for posting this!&amp;nbsp; I'm glad to hear it's not just me.&amp;nbsp; I've been a customer for a long time. I placed an order 5 days ago. It has been sitting in "Preparing your order..." status since.&amp;nbsp; I called to cancel today and they said "Sorry, can't cancel until after your delivery date."&amp;nbsp; ?????&amp;nbsp; So my budget is held up until after I'm suppose to have received the merchandise (which probably won't arrive by that date). Only then, can I cancel the order, which will probably have shipped and makes me responsible for returning it.&amp;nbsp; Angry.&amp;nbsp; So angry, I'll probably never order again.&amp;nbsp; I'm experiencing the same treatment from HSN for another "delayed" order.&amp;nbsp; I don't think they had this stock on hand and available all along.&amp;nbsp; They knew these orders would be delayed.&amp;nbsp; It's a method of managing inventory.&amp;nbsp; I think I'll get in touch with my State's Attorney General's Office so they can investigate further. The customers must have some way to fight back.&amp;nbsp; All they needed to do was be completely honest about the order process.&amp;nbsp; I'll be posting this same complaint at HSN.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/32615"&gt;@Kitty Galore&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I agree with you.&amp;nbsp; I'm not ordering very much these days but this deters me even more.&amp;nbsp; I do still order from HSN and generally I'm happy with their shipping times but I do have an order that has been delayed twice now.&amp;nbsp; I think it's VERY important now more than ever to order early from these sites.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I most likely will not order anything else now that we're entering the crazy holiday season!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I have watched my orders&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;many times&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;still in the 'processing' catagory when I check to see if they have ever shipped out - 10 days and still 'processing', unbelievable.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Free People, Anthropologie, Macy's, even ebay all ship out in a timely manner, sometimes the very next day.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I have wondered if perhaps the items we order are not 'in stock' after all, but waiting for incoming shipments from vendors?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;The other issue I have with QVC is that they ship using UPS sometimes, which then is transferred to USPS, and delivery takes a week or longer to reach me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Preparation and shipping of QVC orders varies based on what is ordered and who fulfills the order. Typically, it seems like fashion items take the longest to process, but I was absolutely shocked / pleasantly surprised this week when I ordered a top on Sunday and received it on Thursday. (The kitchen item I ordered on Sunday was also delivered on Thursday, but that category almost always has a quick turnaround.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 3 orders sitting in the &amp;nbsp;"preparing your order " state. I called customer service, after sitting on hold for 15 min, and got nowhere. Lady was not helpful at all. She just said, they might get shipped out in 4 days? IF they do get shipped then I still will have to wait about 10 days to receive. That is crazy. Shipping is getting worse and worse. You would think QVC would step up the process with the holidays so close. I will not be ordering anything else from them now. I can't count on them to receive on time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I just made a new post concerning this same problem before seeing this. Apparently, there’s a lot of people having the same problem. It doesn’t look like the Q is a very dependable way to shop anymore. QVC has really gone downhill.</description>
