Sometimes I've had to retry a few times! The other thing I've noticed is that it's only available at certain times during the day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm also sorry for the snarky responses from others here - you don't deserve it - you were simply asking a question. Hopefully you were able to access some help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I didn't have a problem. &amp;nbsp;Mine does not ask me "yes. &amp;nbsp;It just has the places to add your name, email, and question and then you can click on "start chat."&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's still doing this. Before a rude response is given to me again let me explain something please. I am hearing impaired. I'm going to assume many others are as well. Often I have trouble hearing the person on the phone through no fault of their own. So Live Chat works for me. As I'm sure it works for others as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So someone at QVC really needs to fix this once and for all since it's the holidays!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
