    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="6"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1143"&gt;@songbird&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp; QVC&amp;nbsp; has no idea where your packages are or when they'll be delivered.&amp;nbsp; It's&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="6"&gt;Iterally out of their hands.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The tracking is done by the shippers or their agents, usually a company called Newgistics.&amp;nbsp; They fool around and get them to your local post office whenever it's convenient for them.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Tracking my packages</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have several packages on route to my address. When checking their process, I've discovered that most of them that were transferred to USPS, have arrived at the wrong post office.&amp;nbsp; I have one that arrived at the New York post office and two other that have arrive at a post office in my state, but not my zip code post office.&amp;nbsp; Do you know how long this will delay?&amp;nbsp; Also your new update keeps saying a date will be the day it will be delivered.&amp;nbsp; Instead it keeps saying that everyday, till I have no idea when it will be delivered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#993300"&gt;Shipping issues are the reason I joined the USP My Choice program.&amp;nbsp; Any package&amp;nbsp;from and company sent by UPS is upgraded&amp;nbsp;and doesn't get transferred&amp;nbsp;to USPS. Also get daily text with progress updates. I've had&amp;nbsp;My Choice for about 4 yrs and am very happy.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Those companies aren't going to make a trip that isn't profitable so packages go where they go before they arrive at your doorstep.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;In addition, parcel post is the slowest and lowest priority mail. If a post office is buried with higher priority mail, parcel post may sit for a day or two (or more during busy seasons).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The reason is last year this happened to me.&amp;nbsp; UPS handed it over to the post office, but the wrong one.&amp;nbsp; It sat in the post office for three days.&amp;nbsp; Finally I called them.&amp;nbsp; They said I could either go up there to get it or they will (this time) mail it to me.&amp;nbsp; They mailed it.&amp;nbsp; If I had not called them.....god only knows if the package would ever mailed to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just might look in to that pay service from UPS......&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have pretty good luck receiving all my packages. &amp;nbsp;I get alerts when and where and that type of thing. &amp;nbsp;My only issue is how long&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;it takes for my orders to get processed. &amp;nbsp;Not an issue with other company's who offer free delivery. Come Christmas time might be more of an issue. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My daughter and I have been shopping early. &amp;nbsp;Amazon Prime for one and local stores as well or local stores websites. &amp;nbsp;I placed an order at JC Penneys and not enough this time for free shipping but not outrageous price either but I chose to pick &amp;nbsp;up at store for free without having to order more for free shipping. &amp;nbsp;Coupons too. Not out of my way and plan on doing some other errands when it comes in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bath and Body had candles on sale and spend 50 free shipping or can pick up in store. Store across town and not headed that way so I ordered 5 for gifts anyway so shipping free. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm getting my Xmas shopping done early and not going to worry about missing out. &amp;nbsp;Not unusual for me to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I only ordered 3 things from the Q for the holidays and way down from last year. &amp;nbsp;I received already and that is it for me. &amp;nbsp;I'm shopping around more and more. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I appreciate all that the Q offers and enjoy some of the presentations as well but just decided to shop around and take advantage of sales and coupons and all those things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also who and what they want for Xmas has changed too. &amp;nbsp;I also enjoy going to the stores and looking around. &amp;nbsp;But the Q does make it easy and sometimes too easy for me. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

After years of living at our same address and having no problems with USPS, we recently went through several weeks where our packages suddenly were sent to the wrong Post Office. It was like a &amp;nbsp;scavenger hunt attempting to track them down! I have also had many problems created by the UPS to USPS package transfers. I intend to enroll in "My Choice" to hopefully decrease some of the frustration. The other packages I will get for sure today (It says today, but it's Sunday) or Monday, since they left the other post office toward mine.&amp;nbsp; This only happens on occastion. it happened twice.&amp;nbsp; Once a couple of years ago and last year during that Christmas mess.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
