QVC 2 is distorted

anyone else find that QVC 2 is not a full screen plus is elongated and looks all distorted and wonky . It's hard to watch ! Original Q and Q 3 are normal , 2 is not , I wonder why or is just my screen .

Mine is okay. I had the same issue with Q2 for a long time. When we traded in our cable/DVR box for the most updated version, it never happened again. But this could be happening to you for a different reason.

Yes, same for me. It's not HD and isn't sized to fit the screen properly. I don't watch it ever because it just looks bad, although I see things I'd like to watch in the program guide. The visual just makes it an easy pass.

You're probably getting the SD version, rather than HD. It's from your provider.

And I agree it's hard to watch for any amount of time.

Never happens to me, and I watch QVC2 sometimes more than the regular QVC!

@geezerette Yes it definitely isn't in HD . Very hard to watch .

@Catlady Nicole yes exactly , isnt sized to fit screen properly , that's what it is . Hopefully newer version or checking with my provider will elevate the issue.

update ....I don't know what happened as I didn't check anything as of yet with my cable provider, but qvc2 is now coming in just fine ! I am surprised as it never was before I'm happy as now I can watch the shows I would like to and with a clear picture !

today it is back to the original distortion and no longer HD

have no clue why , Guess will contact cable provider .....very strange 🤔

@Catlady Nicole if you have an Aspect button on your remote, you can push it and stretch the picture without distirtion

@Teddixat What is the Aspect button , where would it be on the remote ? I'd like to give it a try .

spoke to cable provider and they said it's not them showing the channel in this way it is where it's being telecast from, so qvc. They put in a request to ask them if they could adjust it . Hopefully they will .

I reached out to my provider as well (Spectrum), and they said QVC 2 isn't offered in HD, only QVC and QVC 3. I do get Q3 so I can watch that as an alternate. I have adjusted the aspect level in the past, but the picture quality is still blurry so it's just not a good entertainment experience, and therefore I just skip it.

@Catlady Nicole I too have spectrum , funny they told you it wasn't offered in HD , the rep I spoke to said qvc isn't showing it in HD but they could and they put in the request . So who knows which it is , seems every representative says it's the others issue 🤔. I just wish it were cause I just can't watch it like you it's not a good entertainment experience at all ! I never watch Q 3.

I never have any issue with distortion. The problem I have, with all the "extra" channels along with the other programs, is that the product they're presenting isn't what the graphics show. Watching Q2 this morning; graphics shows something I was interested in but they were presenting something totally different. I don't get that!
