      <title>order disappeared</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;placed order on 10/11. used a qvc credit in my account plus a coupon. when order was completed it went to the next page with order number, but i didn't write it down and it never showed in order status nor did i get email confirmation. spoke with customer rep on 10/12 but they could not see anything. payment showed pending 10/11 in credit card account, but now that's gone too. i guess that's an order i'll never get. anyone else have this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
