I received an e-mail this morning from Customer Care:

Thanks for your order for Gold, Set of 2 Illuminated Faceted Glass Hurric (Item# H441758). Unfortunately, we've learned that this item is not available for immediate shipment. We're truly sorry that we're unable to ship your order as promised.

If we're unable to get additional quantities of this item, you'll be notified of your order cancellation with our regrets.

I ordered H441759 Set of 2 6" Faceted Glass Pedestals in Gold spefically to use with the Hurricanes.

IIf I don't get the Hurricanes, will QVC wave the return shipping to return the pedestals?

@SweetSydney. You'll have to ask CS. We here on the boards are just customer and can't make those monumental decisions.

Probably not. They may tell you that the candle holders can still be used by themselves.

QVC makes a lot of money on returns and it's doubtful that they'll waive the return fee.

I suggest you email the Social Team at QVCSocial Team@QVC.com for a definitive answer.

@SweetSydney Maybe when you explain the situation they will refund shipping. I have found CS to be pretty flexible.

I have so many pedestals that I really don't need these without the Hurricaines.

I have 3 sets of the Set of 3 by Valerie and so many of her other lit pedestals.
