Chat Function Not Working

I know this was mentioned recently, but can QVC please advise what is going on with the chat feature? I have always been able to use it using Explorer or Edge. It shows available and I am able to get the initial chat window where you put in your information, that is accepted, then I hit start chat and get a blank window. It's been out for several days.

Can IT support give us notice on what is happening? I consider the chat feature essential! Help please and thanks in advance.

I have not been able to use Chat w/ Edge for quite a while now.

It isn't a QVC thing...it is a windows/edge thing.

I switched to Firefox and it works fine.

Ever since the last dumb Windows update, many things are not available on this desk top like they were before.

Switch browsers, clear cache, history, cookies etc.

Thanks, I've done all you suggested except trying Firefox. It doesn't make any sense to me....
