      <title>Q CS Needs Work</title>

      <description>Tried calling CS three times to report receiving wrong item. The hold time was long, a callback was promised. Three times the callback spontaneously hung up after telling me to press “1” to speak with a representative. And the wrong item received? Not only a completely different item but also a different color than that ordered. I’ve been a customer since ‘86. What the heck is going on?</description>
