    <description>&lt;P&gt;Customer serivice will not help you until the estimated arrival date on your order status has passed.&amp;nbsp; Then you can call t hem and inquire,&amp;nbsp; Ask then if not stuck somewhere, or see if they can send you a new one (if it is actually in stock) some CS personnel you have to ask them questions and push or they will just say wait.&amp;nbsp; One CS personnel told me when I had this problem was they want them to not send it up the channel until a week after is was suppose to arrive.&amp;nbsp; I don't wait I call as soon as that day has passed and lots of time it is thier system error.&amp;nbsp; This happens to me far too often&lt;/P&gt;</description>
