For about 3 weeks now I cannot add anything to my cart, it keeps saying "Umm, something is wrong, please call customer service." So of course I called and there are no issues with my account they said. Reset my laptop, my tablet, still can't shop. Yes, I'm saving money, but very weird 🤔&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When that happens to me it usually means my selection is sold out. &amp;nbsp;If that happens I try the app on my phone and if that doesn't work either then I figure I missed it. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I then move on and forget it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This happens to me also at times.&amp;nbsp; I find if I am even just interested in an item I click on it and the item shows but no video, no color swatches and no cart to add to!&amp;nbsp; Sometimes if I type the item # in the search bar it will come up but it doesn't work everytime.&amp;nbsp; Luckily I am not purchasing that much anymore on the Q.&amp;nbsp; I never have this issue with other online sites.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It seemed to clear up on its own.&amp;nbsp; Of course, for me, the real QVC shopping problem is my QVC shopping problem 😁&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
