I use my laptop with Chrome when I go to QVC.com.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#333399"&gt;Whenever I have issues with any electronics, I ask my son-in-law who is in the IT profession. If you know someone like that maybe they can help you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#333399"&gt;Sites do not intentionally make things more difficult, their goal is to make it easier so that users visit their site with ease and make a purchase.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I am tired of all the changes to the website. &amp;nbsp;They have not updated it to be user friendly. &amp;nbsp;Hard to read reviews or leave a review. &amp;nbsp;Tired of seeing the Hmmmm something went wrong . No nothing went wrong. &amp;nbsp;Why when shows have been previously recorded does that not appear anymore? &amp;nbsp;And they say live programming starts at 7am but I've taped shows at 2 am that are new. &amp;nbsp;I have Directv . &amp;nbsp;Lots of issues, please if it's not broke, don't mess with it!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There has always been live programming from 2am to 3 am.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It then stops until 7 am when live programming resumes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Same as some of the other ladies have said. &amp;nbsp;I have directv and never an issue. &amp;nbsp;Also whether I use my iPad, iPhone or laptop no issues. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Sometimes using a different browser helps with technical issues, especially if the website or app you're trying to use updated and you haven't updated your device. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
