Waitlist

On May 30th I put an item on wait list which I never received. Today I was scrolling through sale items and it was back in stock at a lower price and sold out again! I'm wondering why I never received it as a waitlist item. This happened once before and I thought it was an accident. But twice? Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me!

Let the social team know your specific information and it may be something that can be corrected. There's obviously a glitch somewhere.

I did call customer service and was told they're sorry this happened. But they did offer me a credit. I've been a customer for 30 years and it seems like everything is so sketchy now

I have never had any luck with waitlist. Mine are always removed after 45 days. I never received a waitlisted item, and I have tried 4 times. Guess I'll give up because it does not work for me.
