I used safari on an older iPad and I got the green box! &amp;nbsp;I did not know this option existed and I prefer to use one payment so this is perfect. It worked at checkout, too. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;this thread is why I love the forums, y'all give me such good tips and tricks 😀&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you go to&amp;nbsp; My Account and go to manage easy pays, you will see a green box that gives you an option of easy pay or full payment. If that box is checked, it goes to easy pay,. If not, it goes to full payment. I just noticed this yesterday. I hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You go to My Account, then Order Status then go to Easy Pay. I think if you go directly to Manage Easy Pays, it doesn't show. You have to go step by step.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes, i had problems yesterday with an order and could not figure out how to get the easy pay to "stick." have not had this issue before and i could always manage recently to choose either the full pay or the easy pay during checkout.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i did go into the my account tab to check the box for easy pay. will see if that helped when i make my next order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i think this is a new glitch.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep, this just happened to me when trying to check out with three items. When I get to the checkout page, I can literally see it change from easy pay to pay in full. Going into my account to make sure the boxes are ticked for easy pay as my preferred option or editing on the checkout page does not fix it. I just chatted with a QVC rep who said this is a known issue that tech support is working on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
