    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I just received a Susan Graver Blazer and the previous customer removed the hem in each sleeve leaving raw edges. The blazer reeks like perfume. I don't mind receiving a return in new condition but clearly the blazer wasn't checked before sending out to another customer. For those who say they've never received a used item, you're lucky. Please don't imply that it doesn't happen because it does, and it's happening more and more with QVC's warehouse.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OMG! Just received more returned items when I expect to receive new. Sorry, I did not order 'As Is" or was on a waitlist. I am getting tired of this and I don't know why I should have to pay to return items people have sent back when I order a new or sale item. I just came back from the post office after sending back 2 boxes of returns that were sent to me. Can you put on my account "If you can't send me new, don't send at all" I have already told them that in CS. I may have to rethink ordering from QVC anymore. have already changed my mind about ordering items I want because I'm afraid that I will likely get a return. Sorry, would rather pass on used, bad smelling, hairy items.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I don't know if some people just have really bad luck, or if they buy things that are so different from me. In&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;all my years of shopping QVC, and I buy a lot, I've never received a used item. Even including all the "As Is" and Waitlisted items I've bought. Not one "As Is" was a used or returned item.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And, in the years and years I've been ordering I have never received a used item, at least that I know of. If I did it wouldn't bother me unless it was defective in some way. But, I will say I have no problem purchasing As Is items. The problem with those are they aren't that much cheaper. Remember, no one had seen this presented yet. It was a "return," and there was a big pen mark on the front of the bag. I'd guess about 1 out of 20 items shipped are returns.&amp;nbsp; How big were those boxes you sent back?&amp;nbsp; Your post is full of gross exaggeration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;It does indeed sound as though you need to rethink shopping at QVC.&amp;nbsp; If you're so dissatisfied, why would you continue shopping here?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;QVC doesn't have personal shoppers that cater to customer whims.&amp;nbsp; Perhaps you might try Neiman Marcus.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I called CS each time &amp;amp; was able to send the items back for either a refund or exchange. I never had to pay for those returns, QVC covered all shipping charges.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I truly think all returns should be labeled 'as is' and priced accordingly. Saying one in twenty clothing items had been worn is probably an accurate ratio.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been shopping with QVC for decades now (first in the U.K. and then here).&amp;nbsp; In all those years, I've never received an item of clothing (or anything else really) that arrived in poor condition.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've ordered a ton of stuff, mostly clothing, from the "As Is" section and very often what I receive is clearly new, tags still attached.&amp;nbsp; I figure they're either clearing out a line or someone returned it because it didn't fit or didn't suit.&amp;nbsp; Yes, it's repackaged, but still in perfect condition.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I'd had the kind of luck some claim, I'd have stopped shopping with the Q many, many years ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-----&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Oh, I did once get an item that was a return:&amp;nbsp; it was a meat slicer that my DH just had to have.&amp;nbsp; I know it was a return, because it still had the guy's return slip in the box!&amp;nbsp; That was it, in decades of shopping.&amp;nbsp; (QVC immediately apologized, told me to toss it and shipped me out a brand new one.&amp;nbsp; That still sits in the basement to this day because DH has never used it!)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;In the 36/37 years of shopping&amp;nbsp;@ QVC, I have had very good luck.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I had only one item that was clearly used and they sent it to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It was a Dooney &amp;amp; Bourke bag that reeked of perfume and had a small bottle of Nest perfume inside.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I called CS and they sent out a new one. I am not paying a new price for a used bag, but they took care of it promptly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I am usually impressed with how pristine almost all of the merch is sent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
