      <title>Easy Returns - WOW!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used Easy Returns for the first time Saturday.&amp;nbsp; Mailed the item via USPS.&amp;nbsp; I received an email today - 2 days later! - and actually a second email saying refund was issued and EZ pays stopped.&amp;nbsp; And my order detail is showing refund issued.&amp;nbsp; I'm so impressed!&amp;nbsp; Glad I finally tried this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/49375"&gt;@kaydee50&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;-- The reason people complain is because if you didn't use the EZ return method and just use the return label as I have it takes forever to even get an acknowledgement they received my item.&amp;nbsp; I have been waiting weeks for notification of items I returned.&amp;nbsp; The web page says it takes about 17 days for a return notification.&amp;nbsp; Of course, in the future I will use the EZ method but still it shouldn't take t&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;hat&amp;nbsp; long no matter how an item was returned.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was aways against the Easy Returns method just because I didn't think it should be necessary.&amp;nbsp; But I'll use it from now on.&amp;nbsp; It'll save a lot of aggravation.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's the way to go. I've used it since they introduced it and never had a problem. It's great for exchanges also. I write what I want to exchange, and what I need and they process it. Last time I had the new item in less than a week!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You email qvceasyreturns.com with what your returning and if you want a refund or exchange. You give them order #, description of what your returning, and that's it. They will respond, usually within a few days and tell you your credit ( they only deduct original shipping from your refund). The. You mail it back. When qvc gets it back, they will bill you for the label charge if you used their label. That's it. Fast and easy!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you did not get a label with your order, then you can go to start a return and print a label.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
