    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not mandatory but it works for me.&amp;nbsp; I email them, get a response in a few days, my order status is fixed immediately and easy pays cancelled the day I get the email.&amp;nbsp; A day or two later I get confirmation from qvc that the refund was processed.&amp;nbsp; Then in a day or two I get credit on my credit card that the charge went to.&amp;nbsp; Within a week I am fully refunded. When the warehouse gets your package it is confirmed that they have it and the label charge follows; sometimes a month later!&amp;nbsp; Works for me.&amp;nbsp; I don't use easy pay that much so if its a $40, 50, or 60 dollar item I am happy to get it off my credit card as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I rarely return anything because I rarely buy anything from here.&amp;nbsp; But I did have to return 2 items recently.&amp;nbsp; Used the easy returns and I quickly received an acknowledgement and refund.&amp;nbsp; If I ever return another item, I would definitely use it.&amp;nbsp; Why not???&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And since we end up getting charged for using the return label no matter who is contacted upfront or what return method is used, I figure I'll just wait until all the refund reckoning is complete before asking the social team for assistance with those fees as applicable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/36629"&gt;@depglass&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I think QVC has to be careful on what it's going for.&amp;nbsp; I don't think the old return process was working so well so the Q came up w/this new process &amp;amp; it seems to work well for me but reading the forums it seems to have issues for others.&amp;nbsp; I think they thought that everyone would do their returns this way so customer service/the social team could concentrate on other issues but it's not working so well so it's making more work for others.&amp;nbsp; I hope I explained this well but if they want to come up w/a new process it needs to actually work &amp;amp; work well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
