    <description>Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’d ordered the Sunday Riley Auto delivery TSV (item #A594820)- and it looks like it’s been lost in transit &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It shows that it shipped on February 11th, but since February 13th, the status hasn’t changed and is still “Package is in transit to a UPS facility Suffolk, VA”.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The price I paid was $122 with free shipping for all future deliveries. I really want this set and want the future auto deliveries for the $122 with free shipping and the bonus items, but I can’t order it again for the same price.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone ship me the same set without charging me for it? It’s available under item # A618006 but costs more and isn’t available under Auto delivery.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I do not want to cancel my auto delivery plan, as I still want future shipments at that $122 and free shipping. But I also want the first shipment which I’ve already paid for, but seems to be lost in transit to UPS.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your help!</description>
