Cannot add any item into CART

I am on my Android on QVC.com, and when I press the box for any item ADD TO CART, the item/s will not go into my Cart. How do I remedy this?

I would call Customer Service, there are issues with the website, especially if you are using Chrome as your browser.

FWIW, I had the same problem yesterday on my laptop computer using the Chrome browser. I cleared cookies/browsing history blah, blah, blah and then it would work. The blah part means I know very little about computers...just enough to survive. Oh, but I do have a black belt in online shopping. LOL!

I still can't order from the website, but if I order on the app. It works.

HAD THE SAME PROBLEM YESTERDAY AS WELL, AND ONCE I CLEARED MY BROWSER, I COULD ADD TO MY CART AND PLACE AN ORDER.

Same thing happened tome yesterday! CS also told me to clear my history on iPad (Settings, Safari, Clear history), and success!!

This has been going on way too long! I couldn't even reply to the post in addition to not being able to add anything to the cart! Cannot add anything to the cart, does not happen to any other website! Always a new adventure with QVC between constant problems with simple returns to orders wrong, Ordering so much less for sure!

I just starting having this problem since yesterday I believe it was. I did notice for one item that i knew I wanted to purchase, I tried the buy now optionand it went right through.

I still am unable to any item to my cart. I have restarted my PC with no luck. Please sent this to IT for resolution.
