      <title>Exchanges/Shipping/Refunds</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I spend thousands, literally, with QVC every year and I'm just about done. &amp;nbsp;I have NEVER placed an exchange order and received it. &amp;nbsp;I'm always refunded. &amp;nbsp;On December 14 I placed an order for a sweater and paid extra to receive it before Christmas. It came and was too large. &amp;nbsp;I did an exchange and even wrote on a large sheet of paper, PLEASE EXCHANGE, as I had already spent too much for the express shipping. &amp;nbsp;I wait and wait. &amp;nbsp;I finally receive an email saying look in the mailbox, my exchange would be there soon. &amp;nbsp;I wait another couple of weeks. &amp;nbsp;Nothing. &amp;nbsp;So I contact CS. &amp;nbsp;They said it was refunded. &amp;nbsp;It was not, they refunded another sweater I returned. &amp;nbsp;So they place the order for the exchange while I'm on the phone. &amp;nbsp;Keep in mind they had not refunded me for the sweater or exchanged it, and was paid in full. &amp;nbsp;Not sure if they would have ever caught the mistake, that they owed me over $100. &amp;nbsp;Now it's been "in process" for a week now. &amp;nbsp;I contact CS again. &amp;nbsp;All they tell me is that it's in process and it should ship anytime, although it's been "in process" since Jan. 17. &amp;nbsp;Today is the 23rd and it's saying I'll receive by the 27th. &amp;nbsp;Yeah right. &amp;nbsp;Cold weather will be over by the time I get it, &amp;nbsp;IF I get it. &amp;nbsp;Since I originally paid an extra $20 on shipping, the least they could've done would be to ship it out express since this was their mistake and they've had my money since Dec. 14. &amp;nbsp;So, I think I'm done with QVC. &amp;nbsp;I've since found a couple of other stores that I love with free returns, speedy shipping and speedy refunds. &amp;nbsp;There's only a couple of brands I love on QVC. &amp;nbsp;Too bad I can't buy those elsewhere. &amp;nbsp;Customer Service, I hope you read this. &amp;nbsp;You've lost a VERY good customer. &amp;nbsp;I'm done. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My expeience is that several recent items that I sent&amp;nbsp; back for exchange , color on makeup and some clothes were all processed as returns. I don't think that they read the slips&amp;nbsp; anymore if you mark&amp;nbsp; for exchange. The item is in stock&amp;nbsp; many times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a sweater on April 14th, and I got an exchange finally in may, but the wrong color, I only wanted a smaller size.&amp;nbsp; I sent it back, didn't hear a word.&amp;nbsp; I called up Customer Service fuming.&amp;nbsp; She ordered it for me and credited me the return shipping as exchanges are supposed to be free.&amp;nbsp; It took 2 months to get this sweater.&amp;nbsp; It's too late to wear it as spring is gone.&amp;nbsp; Hands down QVC is the absolute worst for shipping and handling.&amp;nbsp; The sizing is all off.&amp;nbsp; I'm finishing up.&amp;nbsp; I'm deleting the app after this next delivery, whenever that will show up.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I'm shopping with free shipping from now on.&amp;nbsp; QVC and HSN are the only online shopping services that are charging for shipping over $35.00.&amp;nbsp; I'm done with these people.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have expressed my frustration with CS realizing its not the CS rep's fault, &amp;nbsp;I was given a $15 credit towards a future purchase to be used within 30 days. &amp;nbsp;What's more frustrating or equally so is when you receive the wrong item and your size is no longer available. &amp;nbsp;Happened recently with a pair of NYDJ jeans. 🤬&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
